From Dec 1st 2025, we’re updating the way we calculate consultation fees.
Instead of a single, fixed fee for each visit, your invoice will now reflect the time and work involved in your care on the day, including:
Face-to-face consultation time
Behind-the-scenes ancillary tasks (eg: cleaning, infection control and instrument sterilisation) and administrative tasks related to your appointment (eg. clinical notes, letters, reports, care plans and referrals)
Because of this, your fee may increase or decrease, and may vary from appointment to appointment, depending on what is needed to look after you properly at that visit.
Here’s an indication of our in-clinic fee structure which includes face-to-face and behind-the-scenes time associated with your appointment:
Up to 20 mins $ 80
Up to 30 mins $120
Up to 40 mins $160
Up to 50 mins $200
Up to 60 mins $240
Home visits $270 per hour
Our goal is to ensure our fees more accurately reflect the time and skill required to provide safe and thorough care that meets professional and regulatory standards, while fulfilling clinical administrative compliance obligations set by regulators and funders (eg: AHPRA, Medicare, My Aged Care, Private Health Funds…).
